Davlin Finance Group was established in 2001 providing mortgage broking services for investors seeking to purchase multiple investment properties. Over the years solutions have been developed for boosting cash flow, managing interest rate risk, cleaning up loan structures and exit strategies.
Due to ongoing business growth in July 2006 Davlin Finance Group relocated into custom designed modern offices at Harris Park, Sydney. We have a growing team of 15 people with backgrounds from a range of industries including accounting, funds management, legal and banking.
Davlin Finance Group is made up of 3 separate divisions proving specialist advice in accounting, financial planning, mortgage broking and estate planning. The combination of these skills save client’s time and money knowing their team of professional advisors are communicating and working together on their goals.
Through our range of seminars and events throughout the year, our role is to ensure our clients are fully informed before making decisions about their future wealth.
The multi-cultural make up of the team mean we are able to assist people from non-English providing services in Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi and Vietnamese language.
Davlin Finance Group has won the National Brokers Group “Top Sales Award” for consecutive years in 2006, 2007 and 2008. They were also awarded the “Mortgage Professional of the Year” with The Investors Club in 2007.
