David and Sheryl Linco initially commenced mortgage broking as David Linco Home Loans & Finance in 2001. With business growth the business was re-structured in 2007, and the name changed to Davlin Finance Group comprised of separate divisions being Davlin Accounting, Davlin Financial Planning and Davlin Mortgages.
David Linco is the CEO of the Davlin Finance Group. He has spent 16 years working in the commerce, banking and finance industry and holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in accounting & finance and a Diploma in Financial Services. He is a member of the National Institute of Accountants, Mortgage Finance Associate of Australia and an authorised representative with Australian Financial Services.
Davlin Finance Group is a professional services firm from whom investors can access their complete mortgage broking, financial planning, accounting and estate planning requirements in a single client meeting. From feedback over the years, this saved in client frustration in knowing their team of professional advisors understand and support their financial goals with regard to their investment property strategies.

David has spent 20 years working in the commerce, banking and finance industry and holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in accounting & finance and a Diploma in Financial Services. He is qualified accountant, mortgage broker and authorised financial planner and regular speaker at investment seminars and conferences.
Stephen has worked in the fund managementand corporate services sector managing the operation of cash, equity, mortgage and master funds. His experience includes management of accounting and performance and analytics divisions as Vice President for State Street. Prior to this he was Managing Director of IOOF Australia Trustees (NSW) Ltd.
Joe has been helping property investors for 5 years, specialising in building and holding multiple investment property portfolios. He is regular presenter at investment property seminars and is active in NSW, QLD and VIC.
Laurayne has a wealth of experience with over 25 years experience in the finance industry. She has worked in Credit and as Business Development Manager Industry for St George, Liberty Financial Services and Pepper Home Loans.
Nayesh has been working in the finance industry for 4 years and holds a Masters in Commerce & International Business. He is regular presenter at investment property seminars and specialises in credit lending policy for property investors

Daniel has been in the financial service industry for more than 8 years including Financial Planning, Corporate Super & Group Insurance within the NAB group.
Daniel is completing his Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. He brings a strong focus on integrated solutions.
Karen has over 13 years in the finance industry, with 6 years as Broker Relationship Manager in Suncorp Business Banking- Equipment Finance, and Sales Consultant with Liberty Financial, Australian Integrated Finance and Aussie Home Loans.

Jonathon completed his HSC in 2007 and commenced a Finance Trainee ship in January 2009.
Graeme has worked as a Financial Administrator in Christian Schooling since 1998 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering and Certificate IV in Accounting. He provides book keeping services for Davlin clients who wish to hand over day to day management of their property portfolio.
Shan has 5 years experience in the financial services industry and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master in Applied Finance. He has expertise in Technical, Strategic & Structural advice for SMSFs, Equities, Asset protection, Investments and Gearing strategies.
