Harvesting Equity and Boosting Cash Flow
The process of Harvesting Equity and Boosting Cash Flow ensure investors optimise their cash flow position before proceeding to take on any additional debt. Using actual scenarios, we will demonstrate how through harvesting equity and boosting cash flow, investors can proceed with confidence and certainty.

Leveraging through Super
Whether you have $50,000 or $500,000 in super you can make it work harder through leveraging. Find out how you can leverage your super fund whilst waiting for retirement and the break even which determines whether it is better to purchase direct property or shares.

Transition to Retirement
If you’re 55 or over, you can now have your cake and eat it too.
If you are aged 55 or over, you can continue to work and also access some of your super as a regular payment to supplement your income. The options provide flexibility to maintain, increase or reduce working hours and still maintain or improve your lifestyle. This allows you to effectively increase your income payments and minimise your tax liability.

If your taxable income is greater than $30,000 per annum and you have more than $100,000 in super then this presentation will show you why income tax should no longer be a problem.
